CAMP JOY SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

It is our desire that everyone enjoy the Camp Joy experience. Therefore, no camper will be refused because of finances. When local assistance cannot be found, scholarships, partial and full, will be available through the camp.
We believe that Campers who pay at least part of their own way get more out of camp so please do what you can first.
The best kind of help, if available, comes from people in your local church, family or neighborhood because the experience will be shared by many more people.
There is nothing wrong with asking for financial assistance. There are people eager to provide it. We do not mean to make this a difficult process for you, instead, we want to make this the best possible experience for all involved: the Camp, your local church and most importantly your child!

Check with your local church, or where your kids attend youth clubs, for assistance. Many local churches make plans to cover the fees in full or part for children needing financial assistance. In most cases your church leaders will be able to confidentially find someone happy to sponsor your child. Check with your pastor or a church leader for details. Note: Do not be embarrassed to ask for this kind of help. God designed His church so that they can help each other. And when it comes to Camp, many people are very eager to help out.
